About Paige Raskin

Paige Natalia Raskin is a Los Angeles–based singer-songwriter, mental health advocate, and healing-focused creative, whose work is informed by psychology and social work. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Paige earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC), where she studied close relationships, motivated behaviors and addiction, clinical psychology, trauma, mindfulness, and somatic practices including kundalini yoga and meditation. During her time at USC, Paige worked as a research assistant in Dr. Thomas D. Lyon’s Child Interviewing Lab, researching factors influencing disclosure and recantation among child and adolescent survivors of physical and sexual abuse. She also served as a marketing assistant for the MindfulUSC program, sharing mindfulness and meditation practices with the USC community. Paige volunteered as the Director of Advocacy for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), focusing on reducing stigma and increasing awareness for mental health.

In addition to her academic and professional work, Paige is a singer-songwriter creating pop music for people in pain. Drawing from her backgrounds in psychology, social work, and her rich lived experience, her music blends confessional storytelling, emotional vulnerability, and introspective dialogue. Unafraid to explore taboo or difficult subjects, Paige integrates her shadow side into her songwriting, addressing trauma, grief, betrayal, addiction, and relational patterns with honesty and nuance. Her lyrics examine toxic traits and maladaptive coping without judgment, inviting listeners into connection rather than instruction.

Since graduating from USC in 2021, Paige has supported therapists, social workers, and addiction treatment centers through outsourced executive and administrative services. She is currently self-employed, providing consulting and business support to mental health practitioners and therapists, while also offering coaching, songwriting, and tutoring services.

Paige’s debut EP, A Place to Fix Me, documents her journey toward sobriety and the awakening of her inner healer. Rooted in recovery, self-remembrance, and emotional truth, the project reflects her belief that healing is imperfect, nonlinear, and possible. She is currently working on her debut album. Listeners are drawn to Paige’s music for its emotional honesty, deep introspection, and self-awareness, finding comfort in songs that name the wounding without immediately trying to fix it. Paige’s fanbase are devoted to Paige’s mission of creating music and using her voice for mental health advocacy and collective healing, often finding healing and emotional release in themselves when listening to Paige’s songs.

Paige is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work with the goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. She also continues to write music, blogs, poetry, and create art at the intersection of mental health, creativity, and spirituality.
